Ann Pyne

Ann Pyne

07547 501007

I am a yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and teach classes in Crowthorne, Wokingham, Bracknell and Finchampstead. I came to yoga in 2011 after experiencing panic attacks and anxiety. Having been used to highly aerobic activities, Yoga was a complete change and at first very challenging – particularly focusing on the breath and observing my chaotic ‘monkey mind’ chatter. Yoga soon became my sanctuary and place of comfort. It enabled me to focus on myself mentally while still building strength. I am passionate about making Yoga accessible and fun to everyone regardless of age, gender and ability.

Fi Channon

Fi Channon

0772 547 5247

I started practicing yoga twenty years ago to keep fit and flexible. I was living in Greece then and there were no yoga classes available so I followed a DVD regularly and noticed my body start to change shape and become more flexible.
After moving back to England in 2005 I found a new teacher called Sam Rao. He challenged me in my first yoga class and I rose to the challenge and realised I liked it. Since then I have been practicing regularly and feel fitter and stronger than ever. After a ‘spiritual nudge’ in the early hours one morning, I made the decision to change my life and become a yoga teacher. I qualified in April 2018 and have been teaching for over a year. I love it – I am also a musician and hope to combine sound and yoga in future retreats.
